CosplayCostumes.com was founded in 2009 by two young anime lovers; Vince Wang and his younger sister Stella Wang in Shenzhen, China. CosplayCostumes.com started from humble beginnings with just 2 tailors and 2 sewing machines; today we have a factory with 3 designers, over 60 sewing machines, 100 tailors and over 3000 different cosplay costumes listed on our online store CosplayCostumes.com.

 

Here at CosplayCostumes.com our goals are simple; top quality cosplay costumes and friendly and efficient customer service. We will never stop striving for these goals, when it comes to quality our thought is only “can we do better”, this means we’re constantly developing and testing different materials and adjusting our product base accordingly. When it comes to customer service, we want to be the friendliest company you can find and help our customers whatever the query or problem.

PLACE ORDERS


Feel free to browse through our products and email us if you have questions. When you want to purchase an item, simply click to put it into your shopping cart and fill out the required information. After you finish shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out the billing and shipping information step by step.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Beijing Time, except major holidays. We usually reply customer email within 1 business day.

 

SIZE


You can choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements. We suggest that you review the information provided in Measurement Guide before choosing your size.

 

IMPORT TAX


Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports. Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax.

 

ORDER TIME


Orders take 2-3 weeks for delivery from tailoring to your place. Actual delivery time also depends on the shipping method you choose.

 

PAYMENT METHODS


We accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union or bank telegraphic transfer.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING


You can choose Air Mail, USPS Express (USA only), EMS or DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS to ship your order. Shipping time and charges depend on shipping method, product gross weight and shipping destinations. If you want an estimation of shipping fees for different shipping options, please put the item(s) you want to purchase in shopping cart and click “Get a Quote”. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping notice specifying how to track your order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION


All costumes ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your costume is a one-off tailor made foryou, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Please be sure of the size and any other specifications before submitting your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.

We reserve the right to reject an order. It can be due to, but not limited to, the followings:

• We are unable to confirm your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• We identity substantial risks of shipping loss at the destination

We will refund all payment if we reject an order.
